Caroline drops in to me, myself I exhibition

Caroline Flint took time out to visit the Me, Myself, I exhibition at the Point, this week.Caroline_Me_Myself_I_-_Stacey_0417.JPG

The exhibition was curated by Emma Wilson from Artistic Spectrum, a charity which works with adults with autism.

Artistic_spectrum_George.JPGMs Flint said: “Every time I see the output from Artistic Spectrum I am surprised and impressed.  Artistic Spectrum have achieved considerable recognition for their imaginative use of art to provide recreational activity for adults with autism, and to improve their understanding of and engagement with the outside world.

“This exhibition enabled participants to describe themselves and their families through objects, painting or small pottery sculptures.  I am glad I caught this exhibition before it finished.”

Artistic Spectrum won Most Inspiring Organisation in the Doncaster CVS Community and Voluntary Sector Awards 2014.
