MP's advice for keeping warm this winter

With cold weather likely to continue, Caroline Flint has published her advice for keeping warm and healthy during the cold spells.

Said Caroline:

"It is at this time of year we worry about those relatives or neighbours who may be a risk during the cold spells.  Winter is far from over, and it can be a dangerous time, particularly for the elderly, or those with poor health.

"So what can we do?  I can't wait until a Government I support gets elected.  That could be a few years.

"So, here are my latest tips for the winter."

Said Caroline:

"I have also been helping people to reduce their energy bills, which have risen by nearly £300 since Mr Cameron became Prime Minister.  There is still time to ensure you have the loft and cavity wall insulation that can save you hundreds of pounds a year.  For the latest advice, ring Doncaster's Energy Team on (01302) 737053.  The Energy Team is there to help you.  They do not work for an Energy company."
